If you would like to become a FOMsa affiliated club and take part in our events, as well as being eligible to be represented on the FOMsa management committee please fill in your details in the Affiliation Registration Form below and register, your club's application will be considered by the committee.
Should your application be successful an invoice will be sent to the Club email address listed in the application.
Pay the $10 annual affiliation fee, once the payment has been received and an email confirming your successful application will be forwarded to the your club.
Affiliation also grants the club priority to have a Club stand at our events, a webpage on the FOMsa website for basic Club information and links to the club's official website and social media.
You will also be recognized on FOMsa stationary. You will also be listed a participating club in respect to FOMsa fund raising.
